This formulary has been drawn up following full and wide consultation with medical staff and other interested parties.
The contents represent a comprehensive selection of medicines which are routinely available from the dispensaries within the Trust.
Some specific guidelines on the use of medicines for treating diseases are included. Further guidelines can be found under 'Clinical Audit' on the Trust Intranet.
